As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Growth to join our dynamic Marketing team in Leamington Spa.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide visionary leadership and direct management for all mobile marketing teams, including Growth, User Acquisition, Product Marketing, and Ad Creative.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring cohesive marketing efforts across all channels.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, guide strategic investments, and foster partnerships that expand market reach and drive user acquisition.
  • Oversee data-driven user acquisition initiatives, continuously optimizing campaigns and monetization strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform creative development and proactively enhance game KPIs.
  • Deliver regular performance reports to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Represent Kwalee at industry events to network with key stakeholders and gain valuable market intelligence.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company procedures and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging the testing of new methods, channels, and technologies.
  • Take on additional strategic responsibilities and special projects as assigned by senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in similar roles within the gaming industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of mobile marketing strategies.
  • Extensive experience managing large and complex teams, with a proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing individuals.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for gaming and a commitment to delivering exceptional player experiences.
