About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Director of Growth to join our Marketing team at Kwalee. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the marketing success of our mobile games, ensuring we are spending profitably and maximising the organic potential of our games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team of marketing and creative professionals, fostering growth and accountability.
  • Growth Strategies: Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, guide strategic investments, and foster partnerships to expand market reach and drive user acquisition.
  • User Acquisition and Monetisation: Oversee data-driven user acquisition initiatives, optimising campaigns and monetisation strategies.
  • Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay informed on industry trends to guide creative development and proactively enhance game KPIs.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to senior management with actionable insights.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events to gauge market conditions and learn new methods.
  • Company Alignment: Ensure strict adherence to company procedures and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Innovation and Testing: Drive innovation through a culture of testing new methods, channels, and technologies.
Requirements
  • Experience and Expertise: Experienced professional with a proven track record in similar roles across multiple gaming companies.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to manage large and complex teams, with experience leading teams of 70+ people.
  • Game Development Experience: Experience in hyper-casual, hybrid, or casual game development.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Location: Based in our office in Leamington Spa, following our hybrid model with 3 days per week on-site.
