Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Director of Growth to join our Marketing team in Leamington Spa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for all mobile marketing efforts, ensuring cohesive marketing efforts and maximizing the organic potential of our games.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Mentor a Team of Marketing Professionals: Foster growth and accountability within a diverse team of marketing and creative professionals.
  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Align marketing efforts with company objectives, ensuring cohesive marketing efforts and maximizing the organic potential of our games.
  • Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Identify opportunities, guide strategic investments, and foster partnerships to expand market reach and drive user acquisition.
  • Oversee Data-Driven User Acquisition Initiatives: Optimize campaigns and monetization strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Guide creative development and proactively enhance game KPIs to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide Regular Performance Reports: Offer actionable insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Represent the Company at Industry Events: Stay informed on market conditions and learn new methods to drive growth and innovation.
  • Ensure Adherence to Company Procedures: Align marketing efforts with organizational goals and ensure strict adherence to company procedures.
  • Drive Innovation and Testing: Foster a culture of testing new methods, channels, and technologies to drive growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record in Similar Roles: Experienced professional with a proven track record in similar roles across multiple gaming companies.
  • Large Team Management Experience: Proven ability to manage large and complex teams.
  • Hyper-Casual, Hybrid, or Casual Game Development Experience: Experience in developing and publishing games in these genres.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Location: Based in our office in Leamington Spa, following our hybrid model with 4 days per week on-site.
