Director of Growth Job Description

Kwalee is a leading game development and publishing company that creates engaging and innovative games for players worldwide. We're seeking a seasoned Director of Growth to join our Marketing team in Leamington Spa and drive the marketing success of our mobile games.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of marketing and creative professionals, fostering growth and accountability.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, guide strategic investments, and foster partnerships to expand market reach and drive user acquisition.
  • Oversee data-driven user acquisition initiatives, optimising campaigns and monetisation strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to guide creative development and proactively enhance game KPIs.
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management with actionable insights.
  • Represent the company at industry events to gauge market conditions and learn new methods.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company procedures and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Drive innovation through a culture of testing new methods, channels, and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Experienced professional with a proven track record in similar roles across multiple gaming companies.
  • Proven ability to manage large and complex teams.
  • Experience in hyper-casual, hybrid, or casual game development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Based in our office in Leamington Spa, following our hybrid model with 4 days per week on-site.
