Your Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to take charge of our Adult Supported Living Services in Glasgow. This service is committed to providing personalized care to adults, empowering them to achieve their personal aspirations. Our team is devoted to offering continuous support, enabling individuals to lead fulfilling lives within their communities.

As the Project Manager, you will lead the Glasgow Connect team and manage multiple adult supported living services, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and compliance with Care Inspectorate standards. You will collaborate closely with the Operational Manager, Deputy Manager, and Team Leaders to equip support staff with the necessary tools to deliver exceptional care and positive outcomes for those we serve.

The individuals we support have diverse needs, so we seek a motivated individual who thrives in a person-centered environment where every voice is valued, and personal choices are respected.

Working Schedule: This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 37 hours per week over 5 days. On-call responsibilities will be shared among the team. There may also be opportunities to work remotely as per our flexible working policy and service requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care (Leadership & Management)
  • Proven experience in managing a team of social care professionals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to foster and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Determination to support a service that promotes independent living for adults.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.
