Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Forefaulds Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents, while promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Experience in care leadership or management, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing resident needs and safety
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding resident rights
