About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, while also supporting the development of our Care Assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and set a positive tone for the team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and respect.
  2. Personalized Care: Work closely with residents to understand their individual needs and preferences, delivering tailored care that enhances their quality of life.
  3. Team Development: Support the growth and development of Care Assistants, providing guidance and mentorship to help them excel in their roles.
  4. Leisure and Social Activities: Organize and participate in engaging leisure and social activities that promote residents' physical and emotional well-being.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve exceptional care outcomes.
Requirements
  1. Experience in Care: Possess a strong background in care, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services.
  2. Leadership Skills: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  3. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
