Your New Role

We are actively seeking a Project Manager to lead our Glasgow Connect Adult Supported Living Services. This service provides care to adults throughout the northern regions of the city, focusing on personalized support that helps individuals achieve their personal aspirations. Our dedicated team is available around the clock to assist individuals in living fulfilling lives within their own homes and communities.

As the Project Manager, you will be tasked with leading the Glasgow Connect team and managing five adult supported living services. You will ensure compliance with contractual obligations set by the Local Authority, as well as the standards required by our Care Inspectorate Registration. Collaboration with the Operational Manager, Deputy Manager, and Team Leaders will be essential to equip support staff with the necessary tools to deliver positive outcomes and high-quality care.

The individuals we support have diverse needs, so we are looking for a passionate and driven individual who thrives in a person-centered environment where every voice is valued and respected, enabling them to lead joyful lives.

Working Pattern: This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 37 hours per week over 5 days. On-call responsibilities will be shared on a rotational basis. There may also be opportunities to work from home occasionally, in accordance with our agile working policy and service delivery requirements.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

  • SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care (Leadership & Management)
  • Experience in managing a team of social care professionals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven capability to develop and maintain long-lasting relationships.
  • Motivation and determination to support a service that promotes adult independent living.
  • A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.
