Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of continuous experience in a care role, with no employment gaps exceeding 6 months
  • At least SVQ Level 2 in Healthcare Services or equivalent, with a commitment to achieving SVQ Level 3
  • Completion of a compliance checklist, including a PVG check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK, is required prior to employment
  • A respectful attitude towards the rights of individuals utilizing Social Care Services, with a commitment to diversity and cultural sensitivity
  • Valid UK driving license and personal vehicle with appropriate business insurance are mandatory
  • Female candidates are preferred for this position as per the Occupational Requirements outlined in the Equality Act 2010
