Job Summary

We are looking for a Care Assistant who is passionate about delivering exceptional care to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in care provision.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and resident outcomes.

Requirements

  • SVQ Level 2 (Health & Social Care) or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 6 months experience working in a care setting or a related field.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on residents' lives.
