About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cera Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with daily living skills and supporting them to live independently in their community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living skills, including personal care and household tasks
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assist clients with medication administration and monitoring
  • Complete cleaning and household tasks as required
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed in line with CQC and company guidelines

Requirements

  • A driving licence with access to your own vehicle for work is essential
  • The ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential
  • Experience with Mental Health, Autism and substance misuse is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
