About the Role

Cera Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Glasgow. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with daily living skills and supporting them to live independently in their community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living skills, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Support clients to live independently in their community, including accompanying them on outings and activities
  • Administer medication, complete cleaning and household tasks, and provide support to clients as needed
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed in line with CQC and company guidelines, including observing, monitoring, and recording client information

Requirements

  • A driving licence with access to your own vehicle for work is essential
  • The ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively, and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential
  • Experience with Mental Health, Autism, and substance misuse is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
