A proven history of collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to enhance project and partnership outcomes is essential.

Fundraising Focus Areas:
Our fundraising efforts at YMCA England & Wales are centered around three main pillars:

We operate as a federation comprising over 80 local YMCAs, each working autonomously to assist young people in becoming engaged, contributing members of their communities. Collectively, we support more than 375,000 young individuals annually.

Our initiatives encompass various sectors including Housing, Family & Youth Services, Health & Wellbeing, Support & Guidance, and Training & Education.
