Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Operations Development Manager to lead and manage the fundraising operations model and strategic projects. Reporting to the Head of Supporter Experience, Data, and Insight, you will collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure exceptional service delivery and efficient fundraising operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage fundraising operations performance and project deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance stakeholder experiences, fostering strong relationships with donors and partners.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within fundraising operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee cross-departmental fundraising projects, coordinating resources and ensuring successful completion.
  • Prioritize team tasks, manage line reports, and cultivate a high-performing team environment.
