Job Summary

Aspirations Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Intensive Support Worker to join our team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be resilient, able to deal with repetition, and possess good verbal, reading, and writing skills. They will be confident and willing to access the community with service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist service users to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Offer stimulation and motivation through conversation and social activity.
  • Assist with meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
  • Book and attend healthcare appointments with service users.
  • Report any safeguarding concerns to the management team.
  • Maintain records by keeping care plans and risk assessments up to date.
