About the Role

We are seeking experienced Intensive Support Workers to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing personalised support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and Autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities through stimulation and motivation.
  • Offer support with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
  • Accompany individuals to healthcare appointments and maintain accurate records.
  • Identify and report any safeguarding concerns to the management team.
  • Maintain up-to-date care plans and risk assessments.
