About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Team Lead to join our team at Remote Worker Ltd. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive a best-in-class service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support Management: You will be responsible for managing a team of customer support professionals, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  2. Issue Resolution: You will be responsible for resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
  3. Team Leadership: You will be responsible for leading and managing the Global Customer Support team, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
  4. Process Improvement: You will be responsible for identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to ensure that our customer support processes are efficient and effective.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: You will be responsible for analyzing customer support data and providing insights to the business to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  1. Leadership Experience: You will have experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of managing and motivating a team.
  2. Customer Support Experience: You will have experience in a customer support role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  3. Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and senior leadership.
  4. Analytical Skills: You will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer support data and provide insights to the business.
