We are partnering with a renowned lifestyle, British fashion brand that has been established for 10 years, with a strong focus on sustainability and a goal to upscale the business in an ethical manner.
The **Paid Acquisition Manager** will collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing to implement and optimize the paid channel strategy, driving business growth and expansion.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), manage budgets, and forecast across various paid channels, including paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
- Ensure Customer Acquisition Costs are within agreed parameters.
- Work closely with the CRM, E-commerce, Brand, and Creative teams to deliver in-channel campaigns that extend brand reach and drive quality (high potential LTV).
- Play an active role in the delivery of a pay channel strategy, increasing volume and quality of new customers, setting customer acquisition costs, and targets.
- Acquire high potential customers to maximize LTV and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
- Develop robust reports for digital channels, building channel reports in DOMO (Data Integration platform) using GA4 to facilitate.
**Requirements:**
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
