Head of Paid Media

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Paid Media to lead and scale our paid advertising efforts across Facebook/Meta and Google/YouTube. This role is intended for someone who has a good mix of analytical and creative skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across Facebook/Meta, Google, and other platforms to support business growth and customer acquisition.
- Align paid media efforts with overall marketing and acquisition goals, collaborating with the CEO and leadership teams.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of media buyers, creative strategists, and analysts.
- Manage media budgets, ensure efficient spending, and scale campaigns while optimising for CPA (Cost per Acquisition) and ROI.
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or growth marketing with a focus on Facebook/Meta Ads and other key advertising platforms (Google, YouTube, etc.).
- Experience in building and leading a paid media team or agency, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Deep understanding of Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and attribution modelling.
