Senior Partner Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Sales Manager to join our team at New Relic, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with our technology partners, driving growth and revenue for our company.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, qualify, enable, and build partner relationships to drive business growth and revenue.
- Grow users, consumption, and net new logos through partner sets, leveraging strategic partnerships to expand our customer base.
- Build, track, and report metrics for partner success, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Act as a trusted resource for partners in your portfolio, providing expert guidance and support to drive mutual success.
- Collaborate with various business units within New Relic, including Sales, Customer Service/Technical teams, Services, Product & Marketing teams, to drive partner engagement and growth.
- Lead partner relationship and enablement initiatives across New Relic's ecosystem partner types, developing and executing strategies to drive business outcomes.
- Partner onboarding: Work with our Partner Engineering team to build and enable the partner experience, ensuring partners are prepared to articulate the value proposition of New Relic's Observability platform.
- Develop and maintain playbooks for generating business with partners, working closely with Customer Success teams, Partner Engineering teams, Partner Operations, Account Executives, and Partner Marketing.
- Collect and evangelize partner success journeys internally with Sales teams, management, and externally within partner ecosystems, showcasing the value of our partnerships.
- Distribute partner success and enablement content to pre- and post-sales teams, ensuring alignment with company messaging and goals.
- Work with Leadership and Sales Operations to measure program efficiency across partners, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Deep knowledge in enterprise sales and demonstrated experience in partner building and enablement.
- French or Spanish language proficiency.
