Job Title: Senior Partner Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Sales Manager to join our team at New Relic, Inc. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our technology partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the success of our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, qualify, enable, and build partner relationships to drive revenue growth and expand our partner ecosystem.
  • Grow users, consumption, and net new logos through partner sets, ensuring a strong return on investment for our partners.
  • Build, track, and report metrics for partner success, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Act as a trusted resource for partners in your portfolio, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Work closely with various business units within New Relic, including Sales, Customer Service/Technical teams, Services, Product & Marketing teams, to align on partner strategies and initiatives.
  • Lead partner relationship and enablement initiatives across New Relic's ecosystem partner types, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Partner onboarding: Work with our Partner Engineering team to build and enable the partner experience, ensuring partners are prepared to articulate the value proposition of New Relic's Observability platform.
  • Update and build playbooks for generating business with partners, working closely with customer success teams, partner engineering teams, partner operations, account executives, and partner marketing.
  • Collect and evangelize partner success journeys internally with sales teams, management, and externally within partner ecosystems.
  • Distribute partner success and enablement content to pre- and post-sales teams.
  • Work with Leadership & Sales Operations to measure program efficiency across partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Deep knowledge in enterprise sales and demonstrated experience in partner building and enablement.
  • French or Spanish language proficiency.
