Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Front of House team at Slug & Lettuce. As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience, supporting your team, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coach your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure high standards of compliance and quality in the manager's absence.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
