About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in Leeds. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring that their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure that our rooms are clean and tidy, and that our guests have everything they need to make their stay comfortable.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests, using our high-quality menu and ensuring that every dish is presented to the highest standard.
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system.
  • Contribute to the overall success of our hotel by participating in training and development opportunities, and by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
