Job Summary

We're seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in the hospitality industry and develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Work collaboratively with our back-of-house team to deliver seamless service and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Take ownership of restaurant operations, ensuring that all areas are fully set for service and that orders are taken and queries are dealt with efficiently.
  • Develop strong menu knowledge and be able to make recommendations to customers, anticipating their needs and preferences.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively, ensuring that every guest leaves feeling satisfied and valued.
