Position Overview
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Junior IT Project Coordinator to become a part of our dynamic IT Department.
We seek a motivated individual who will collaborate closely with senior project leaders and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the effective execution of projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time management abilities are crucial, along with the capacity to apply analytical skills and project management methodologies to achieve successful outcomes that align with our digital initiatives.
This role encompasses 37 hours per week over five days and will involve a combination of remote work and on-site responsibilities, as well as travel to various locations as required.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in supporting the Digital Programme Office with all facets of project execution, performance metrics, and business growth, ensuring that projects are executed to a high standard, budgetary constraints are adhered to, and timelines are met.
Provide business support to the senior management team as needed.
Contribute to the planning and coordination of events to launch projects during their implementation phase.
Serve as a reliable source of information regarding project-related matters within the Digital Programme Management Office.
Maintain professional communication with all personnel, particularly concerning the achievement of performance targets and project milestones.
