Position Overview

Your Role

As a vital contributor to our innovative process, you will collaborate closely with our experienced team members to convert concepts into precise drawings and models, ensuring that every design component aligns with our objectives and quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing design packages for planning, tender, and construction phases.
  • Coordinating with building control to secure compliance with building regulations.
  • Assisting in the upkeep of standard house type portfolios.

This position encompasses all facets that an Architectural Technician is accustomed to.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are proficient in CAD software and enthusiastic about exploring new design technologies. Your contributions will be crucial in refining designs and proposing innovative solutions that elevate our projects.

If you possess a minimum of 12 months of experience in a comparable role, have a solid understanding of building regulations, and a proven history of working on housing drawing packages, you may be the perfect fit for our team.
