About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our current product lines, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring product offerings align with market trends and consumer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Roadmap: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and user research to identify opportunities and define product positioning.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with marketing and NPD teams to ensure seamless product development from ideation to launch.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Product Performance: Use data and analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimise the user experience.
  • Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, ensuring that all teams (sales, marketing, support) are aligned and equipped to support the product.
  • Industry Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and customer feedback to continuously enhance the product offering.
Person Profile
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in FMCG, ecommerce, or retail.
  • Skills: Understanding of product lifecycle, agile development processes, and familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Analysis and Strategy: Proficient in data analysis, market research, and turning insights into actionable strategies.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with teams including design, marketing, and sales.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
