**Job Summary**

Wax is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Director of Global Supply Chain Planning to join our leadership team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our global supply chain strategy and driving initiatives that put people and performance at the heart of everything.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead global demand and supply processes, balancing the needs of multiple markets to ensure product availability at the right time and place, all while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Spearhead the transformation of digital supply chain solutions across the globe, integrating advanced technology to streamline planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Drive initiatives that improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless product launches and align all elements for success.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve supply chain resilience, agility, and responsiveness.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in supply chain management at a senior level, ideally within the life sciences, healthcare, or related industries.
  • Deep understanding of modern supply chain concepts, including demand and supply planning, S&OP, and digital integration tools (ERP, forecasting software).
  • Strong background in navigating regulatory landscapes (such as FDA and cGMP).
