About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Global Supply Chain Planning to join our team at wax. as a key member of the Global Supply Chain Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Global Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive global supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Drive Digital Transformation: Spearhead the transformation of digital supply chain solutions across the globe, leveraging advanced technology to streamline planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Lead global demand and supply processes, balancing the needs of multiple markets to ensure product availability at the right time and place, all while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Launch Success: Be the driving force behind flawless product launches by aligning cross-functional teams to ensure all elements are in place for success.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing global team, inspiring excellence and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in supply chain management at a senior level, ideally within the life sciences, healthcare, or related industries.
  • A deep understanding of modern supply chain concepts, including demand and supply planning, S&OP, and digital integration tools (ERP, forecasting software).
  • A strong background in navigating regulatory landscapes (such as FDA and cGMP).
  • A proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and deliver results in complex global environments.
