Join Our Team as a Senior Director of Global Supply Chain Planning

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Global Supply Chain Planning to lead our global supply chain strategy and drive innovation across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and optimize supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations and minimize disruptions.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and inventory levels to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing global team to drive excellence and growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the life sciences or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and digital transformation in supply chain operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
  • Deep understanding of modern supply chain concepts, including demand and supply planning, S&OP, and digital integration tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Engineering.
