As a key member of our Global Supply Chain Leadership team, you will shape the direction of our global supply chain strategy, driving initiatives that prioritize people and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global demand and supply processes, balancing multiple markets to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement digital supply chain solutions, integrating advanced technology to streamline planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless product launches, aligning all elements for success.
  • Navigate regulatory landscapes, including FDA and cGMP, to ensure compliance and excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in supply chain management at a senior level, preferably in the life sciences, healthcare, or related industries.
  • Deep understanding of modern supply chain concepts, including demand and supply planning, S&OP, and digital integration tools.
