  • Strategic Decision-Making: You will lead global demand and supply processes, balancing the needs of multiple markets to ensure product availability at the right time and place, all while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Launch Success: You will be the driving force behind flawless product launches by aligning cross-functional teams to ensure all elements are in place for success.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Engineering
  • Extensive experience in supply chain management at a senior level, ideally within the life sciences, healthcare, or related industries.
  • A deep understanding of modern supply chain concepts, including demand and supply planning, S&OP, and digital integration tools (ERP, forecasting software).
  • A strong background in navigating regulatory landscapes (such as FDA and cGMP).
  • You will have a knack for leadership, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and deliver results in complex global environments.
