Role Overview

Are you ready to shape the future of global health and hygiene? We are in search of a Senior Project Manager to lead supply chain-related initiatives, fostering innovation and operational efficiency. In this dynamic position, you will oversee projects from conception to execution, serving as the crucial link between various teams and processes. Your project management expertise will drive initiatives that enhance our supply chain, ultimately benefiting millions in their quest for healthier lives. This is a fixed-term contract role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all Global Business Solutions projects from start to finish, including new product developments, enhancements, rollouts, technical transfers, and maintenance projects.
  • Plan and coordinate project meetings to ensure timely achievement of objectives.
  • Identify, assess, document, and prioritize key dependencies and risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address them.
  • Ensure all project plans, briefs, and essential documents are prepared accurately and on time to facilitate delivery within budget, quality, and timeline constraints.
  • Establish and conduct project team meetings in accordance with governance frameworks.
  • Monitor and report on progress and risks to senior stakeholders, providing them with the necessary information for effective decision-making.
  • Frame situations effectively to enable swift and sound decisions.
  • Oversee item creation and management processes in relevant data systems.
  • Manage artwork and graphics processes.
  • Control project and product changes through established quality protocols.
  • Support Supply Strategy and Procurement teams in coordinating feasibility and sourcing assessments, including cost studies and capital expenditure evaluations.
  • Coordinate trials related to packaging and formulation.
  • Manage project timelines to meet launch requirements.
  • Collaborate with markets and connected planning to generate demand.
  • Develop and implement effective working methods for Global Business Solutions.
  • Oversee the portfolio management of all GBS innovations.
  • Contribute significantly to the prioritization of GBS projects.
  • Track project success post-launch through key performance indicators.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Proficient in computer applications, with a background in report writing.
  • Degree in a technical, scientific, supply chain, or engineering field.
  • Experience in supply chain management is advantageous, particularly in complex project management involving cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
  • Familiarity with communication processes involving category and marketing teams in a manufacturing environment, preferably in FMCG, disinfection, or regulated products.
  • Experience in planning, production, quality, and engineering, along with risk assessments and decision-making processes.
