Role Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead supply-related initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency throughout our operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee projects from conception to completion, serving as the key link between various teams and processes. Your project management expertise will facilitate initiatives that enhance our supply chain, ultimately contributing to improved health outcomes for millions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all Global Business Solutions projects from initiation to completion, including new product developments, product enhancements, rollouts, technology transfers, and maintenance projects.
  • Plan and coordinate project meetings to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
  • Identify, assess, document, and prioritize key dependencies and risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Ensure all project plans, briefs, and essential documents are prepared accurately and on time to meet cost, quality, and timeline requirements.
  • Establish and facilitate project team meetings in accordance with governance frameworks.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and risks to senior stakeholders, providing necessary information for effective decision-making.
  • Effectively frame situations to enable quick and sound decision-making.
  • Oversee item creation and management processes in relevant systems.
  • Manage artwork and graphics processes.
  • Control project and product changes through established quality processes.
  • Support Supply Strategy and Procurement teams in coordinating feasibility and sourcing assessments, including cost studies and capital expenditure evaluations.
  • Coordinate trials related to packaging and formulation.
  • Manage project timelines to meet launch deadlines.
  • Collaborate with markets and connected planning to generate demand.
  • Develop and implement operational approaches for Global Business Solutions.
  • Oversee the portfolio management of all Global Business Solutions innovations.
  • Contribute significantly to the prioritization of Global Business Solutions projects.
  • Track project success post-launch using key performance indicators.

Desired Experience

  • Extensive experience in project management.
  • Proficient in computer applications, with a background in report writing.
  • Degree in a technical, scientific, supply chain, or engineering field.
  • Experience in supply chain management and complex project management across multiple locations is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with communication processes involving category and marketing teams, particularly in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in risk assessments and decision-making processes.
