About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Office Digital Lead to join our team at UCB. As a key member of our Data Office, you will be responsible for delivering digital solutions that support our data strategy, with a focus on governance, cataloging, and search.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital solutions that enable the success of our data strategy across the global organization.
  • Partner with IT to deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.
  • Lead the development of digital solutions that drive business value and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of digital solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in delivering cross-functional initiatives, with a focus on systems, data-enabled, advanced analytics, and process improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with Collibra or similar catalogue/data governance platforms.
  • Strong understanding of workflow tools and engines.
  • Commercial, analytical, and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Strong understanding of data/computing environments and user experience considerations.
