About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Office Digital Lead to join our team in Brussels, Slough, Atlanta, or Raleigh. As a key member of our Data Office team, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and supporting digital solutions that enable our data strategy ambitions across the global organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver tactical and operational program-wide responsibilities for Data Office digital solution delivery as a member of an agile team.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure technical delivery and be accountable for the solutions, developing those in place as well as shaping future ones.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital solutions that support our data strategy.
  • Lead through influence and mediate across interest groups to deliver transversal solutions.
  • Contribute to Data Office team preparation, action planning, execution, delivery, and communication at leadership forums/decision boards.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated delivery of cross-functional initiatives, preferably in systems/data-enabled/advanced analytics/process improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with Collibra or similar catalogue/data governance platforms.
  • Understanding of workflow tools and engines.
  • Commercial, analytical, and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Strong understanding of data/computing environments and user experience considerations.
