We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director of Global Supply Chain Planning to join our team at Wax. As a key member of our Global Supply Chain Leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our global supply chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global supply chain strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement digital supply chain solutions that streamline planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with global teams to drive initiatives that balance demand and supply processes, ensuring product availability and optimal inventory levels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in supply chain management at a senior level, ideally within the life sciences, healthcare, or related industries.
  • Deep understanding of modern supply chain concepts, including demand and supply planning, S&OP, and digital integration tools (ERP, forecasting software).
  • Strong background in navigating regulatory landscapes (such as FDA and cGMP).
