  • Strategic Decision-Making: Lead global demand and supply processes, balancing the needs of multiple markets to ensure product availability at the right time and place, while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Launch Success: Drive flawless product launches by aligning cross-functional teams to ensure all elements are in place for success.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing global team, inspiring excellence and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Engineering.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in supply chain management at a senior level, ideally within the life sciences, healthcare, or related industries.
  • Skills: Deep understanding of modern supply chain concepts, including demand and supply planning, S&OP, and digital integration tools (ERP, forecasting software). Strong background in navigating regulatory landscapes (such as FDA and cGMP).
  • Leadership: Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and deliver results in complex global environments.
Location and Travel

This role is based in the UK, with some flexibility to work remotely. Expect up to 20% travel internationally as you collaborate with global teams.
