Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Brand Manager to join our Global Brand Team at Lily's Kitchen. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our brand and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in developing and executing the portfolio segment strategy and growth plans.
  • Assist in tracking segment performance through data analysis and consumer trend insights.
  • Oversee NPD projects through the gate process, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated campaigns that connect with target consumers.
  • Support the PMM in delivering monthly portfolio reports and drive synergies across International and Communication Marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in premium FMCG Marketing/Brand Management with likeminded brands.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to drive business growth.
  • Ability to work on a wide variety of projects, demonstrating good time management and organisational skills.
  • A confident self-starter with a can-do attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves.
