- Maintain accurate support documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

- Facilitate regular team meetings to promote communication and professional development.
- Ensure that incident reports are completed promptly and accurately.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in a supervisory role such as Senior Support Worker or similar, with a focus on individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- NVQ Level 3 or QCF Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
- A genuine commitment to empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call duties.
