Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team in Windsor. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent service standards
- Monitor and control restaurant operations, including inventory management and cash handling
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.84 plus tronc (shared tips on site)
