Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CRM marketing strategies across our brands to drive engagement and revenue growth
  • Work closely with the CRM Lead to deliver CRM marketing strategies across clients, experiences, and B2B markets
  • Responsible for delivering the BAU calendar and optimization strategy to increase customer engagement metrics
  • Support the implementation of automated programs to drive retention rates and build customer lifetime value/loyalty

What You'll Bring

  • Strong knowledge of CRM as a marketing discipline and ability to articulate its unique opportunity
  • Understanding of how to build out different audience types/demographics and the importance of segmentation
  • Firm understanding of all things digital and its influence on customer purchase decisions/brand affinity
