Role Overview: We are in search of a skilled Property Consultant to oversee a diverse portfolio of rental properties. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the rental process, from initiation to conclusion. Candidates should possess a background in residential property management and demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective tenants to schedule and conduct property viewings professionally.
  • Address and resolve issues that arise during tenancies, including managing repairs and ensuring compliance.
  • Facilitate check-outs and coordinate with all involved parties to ensure a prompt and fair return of deposits.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with landlords, addressing property concerns and suggesting improvements as needed.
  • Stay informed about market trends to enhance marketing efforts and conduct effective property appraisals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in residential property management.
  • ARLA qualifications are advantageous, with opportunities for acquisition.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and familiar with residential property management software.
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Effective negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate long-term relationships.

Compensation: The role offers an attractive salary package with an OTE of £24,000+, including a competitive base salary and uncapped commission.

Working Hours: The position requires availability Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, with a commitment to work two Saturdays each month from 9 AM to 1 PM.
