Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Training Specialist to join our team at TD Bank - London Branch. As a key member of our Global Operations and Business Services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and development programs to support the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Design and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, focusing on operational processes, risk management, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Global Operations, Business Services, and Front Office, to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Facilitate Change Management: Lead and support change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and systems, and providing guidance and support to employees throughout the change process.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis: Identify training gaps and develop strategies to address them, ensuring that our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Measure Training Effectiveness: Evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance and business outcomes, making recommendations for improvement and continuous learning.
Requirements
  • Strong Training and Development Skills: Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Change Management Expertise: Experience in leading and supporting change initiatives, with a focus on process improvement and employee engagement.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, risk management, and customer service principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge to develop effective training programs.
