The Hyde Group is seeking an experienced IT Training Specialist to join their Technology Department on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As an IT Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering expert training for key software applications within the company's IT service catalogue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive IT training programs for staff, including induction and business-as-usual (BAU) training.
  • Provide training on various software platforms, including Northgate, Salesforce, Keystone, and other key applications.
  • Develop and implement tailored training solutions for staff, ensuring effectiveness and relevance.
  • Deliver one-to-one training support through floor walking sessions, both physical and virtual.
  • Continuously seek feedback to improve IT training delivery and enhance service standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with software and technology changes, ensuring training materials are current and aligned with business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering training in person and in virtual environments, including on-camera and voiceover.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly teach users how to navigate and operate IT systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of applications like Salesforce, Northgate, Keystone, and other key software.
  • Experience creating and delivering engaging and easy-to-follow training content.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and develop creative training solutions.
