Job Title: Merchandise Strategy & Development Manager

At Netflix, we are expanding our consumer products division to create tangible ways for fans to engage with our content and drive long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans to maximize merchandise potential for key titles in EMEA
  • Prioritize efforts and resources to enhance merchandise impact and drive business growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to align strategies and amplify impact
  • Create merchandising opportunities and unique themes to attract new audiences and increase brand loyalty
  • Work with partners to deliver compelling business propositions and drive revenue growth

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in brand management or franchise development, with a background in consumer products and retail
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building brands and driving business growth
  • Ability to analyze data and formulate strategic recommendations to drive business decisions
  • Effective collaborator in a fast-paced environment, with strong leadership and communication skills
