How will you contribute to our success?

In this role, you will implement a structured and methodical approach to global visual merchandising, aligning VM with inventory management, sales patterns, and product deliveries, with a focus on retail and wholesale locations in the Western region. You will develop and enforce VM standards for both mainline and wholesale boutiques, ensuring that detailed guidelines are consistently adhered to.

  • This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days in the field.
  • Collaborate with the HQ Visual Merchandising team to create and execute a timely and synchronized visual strategy for the Western regions, which includes seasonal launches and sales initiatives; ensuring the appropriate amount of product is displayed based on the selling environment; adhering to merchandising guidelines by product category; maintaining visually engaging stores that are regularly updated; analyzing the effects of VM actions and making necessary adjustments.
  • Partner with the Store Design and Architecture team for store capacity planning.
  • Oversee and coordinate local market VM teams, providing feedback and follow-up.
  • Train regional visual merchandisers and store personnel on guidelines and general VM principles.
  • Collaborate with the Stores team to ensure optimal use of furniture and layout according to range plans and visual impact.
  • Assist the VM Director in creating looks and mannequin displays based on stock availability and purchase volumes.
  • Mentor the field team on standards and styling of mannequins.
  • Manage the showroom for seasonal selling events and other requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative ideas for product launches targeting both press and consumers.
  • Analyze and report on competitors' visual strategies.
  • Directly manage the VM for Western regional stores and wholesale accounts.

  • Proficient in PC applications (PPT, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
