We are seeking a Global Visual Merchandising & Training Lead to join our Global Marketing team at Dr. Martens. The successful candidate will drive Global VM guidance and consistency in-store to ensure we are showcasing our brand in the best possible way for our consumers.


The key responsibilities of this role include:


  • Collaborating with Senior Retail Marketing Manager to develop and implement the Global Visual Merchandising Strategy.
  • Leading the development of 'Brand Collection' seasonally, ensuring consistency across all stores.
  • Supporting Senior Retail Marketing Manager on seasonal calendar and consumer journey planning.
  • Delivering seasonal VM Directives and Retail Marketing toolkits.
  • Creating and delivering training modules and workshops on VM and seasonal product stories to regional teams.
  • Acting as a brand custodian, supporting the brand's commercial goals, and leading regional teams on visual merchandising and ISC principles.
  • Managing fixture inventory and range plan in virtual Mock-Shop tool.

The ideal candidate will have:


  • 3-5 years' experience in visual merchandising within a commercial or retail space.
  • Previous experience in building guidelines and training.
  • Experience in delivering comprehensive guidance and training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and the ability to produce professional presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH).
