Visual Merchandising Team Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Team Lead to join our team at Marks and Spencer. As a key member of our visual team, you will be responsible for coaching and developing our visual specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coach and develop your team to deliver 100% accurate visual execution and drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising.
  2. Create an inclusive and engaging store culture where everyone can thrive and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  3. Establish a clear talent plan to ensure the successional requirements of our visual structure are met.

Visual Execution

As a Visual Merchandising Team Lead, you will be accountable for delivering the highest visual standards every day through mannequins and styling, product handling, outfit building, and store windows. You will work closely with your team to plan, implement, review, and personally sign off all launches, events, and campaigns.

Drive High Performance

  1. Work with your team to drive sales growth and profitability by leveraging key inputs in your business area to deliver our goals.
  2. Win for customers through colleagues who care and well-presented stores, feeding customer voice directly into central support teams.
  3. Identify opportunities to raise the bar visually by working with your Visual lead, visual support, and central VM team.
