Your Role:

As a Merchandiser, your primary responsibility will be to curate and present the most appealing and seasonally relevant products across our platforms. You will empower the sales team with valuable insights and data to ensure we feature trending products effectively. Your role will involve overseeing the creation of multiple email campaigns, utilizing various data sources and performance indicators to guide your decisions. Additionally, you will manage a small team, fostering their development and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the selection and positioning of deals for email campaigns.
  • Lead the visual merchandising strategy on our shopping page, ensuring daily updates and seasonal relevance.
  • Conduct weekly trade meetings to analyze deal performance and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Provide constructive feedback to sales teams to enhance deal quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
  • Manage and mentor two team members, conducting regular one-on-ones and performance evaluations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills to articulate strategies effectively.
  • Proficient in analyzing large datasets, with the ability to validate others' analyses.
  • Passionate about products, e-commerce, and consumer trends.
  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • Minimum of one year in a management role.
  • Proactive and positive mindset.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a focus on solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, recognizing the impact of minor changes.
